Douglas Good Reinstated at Unisync

The board of directors of Unisync corporation has announced that Douglas F Good has re-assumed the position of Unisync’s president and CEO because of the vacancy created by the termination of employment of Carmin Garofalo. Garofalo was removed from these positions owing to conflicts of interest and breach of his employment agreement.

Garofalo has been removed as a director of Unisync and its subsidiaries as well as from the officer’s position. Unisync operates through two business units – Unisync Group Limited (UGL) of Mississauga, Ontario and Peerless Garments LP of Winnipeg, Manitoba. UGL is a leading customer-focused provider of corporate apparel, serving a list of Canadian iconic brands through operations in Vancouver, Calgary, Mississauga, Guelph, Carleton (Ottawa Region), Montreal and the Maritimes. Peerless specialises in the production and distribution of highly technical protective garments, military operational clothing and accessories for a broad spectrum of Federal, Provincial and Municipal government departments and agencies.
